Wrap a soft measuring tape around the base of his neck where a collar would sit, leaving just enough room to fit one finger underneath. That number is his neck size.
Sizes are listed as a range, like 15 - 15.5. Choose the range that includes his measurement — so if his neck is 15.5", select the 15 - 15.5 size.
Not sure? When in doubt, size up. A slightly looser collar is always more comfortable than one that's too tight.
The second set of numbers corresponds to the sleeve length. Choose 32-33 if he is between 5'7"-5'10", and 34-35 if he is between 5'11"-6'1".
